Hi Murgy, I really liked your ambient occlusion texturing tutorial and I was wondering if you might do some more tutorials... about texturing. One of the things that really stands out about your sculpts are the beautiful textures. I know that this is mainly due to your personal talent and skills you've developed with time and practice. Just sorta hoping you might have some advice and suggestions for those of us that aren't so artistic yet don't want our sculpties to suffer because of our lack of texturing skills. One problem I'm having in particular is proper unwrapping, and while I realize this is a case by case kinda thing, maybe you have some ideas to share on this subject.
As an example, I've made a rather nifty wall torch, sort of a medieval type, and I'm very happy with the shape, and how it appears inworld after importing. Unfortunately in order to get the shape some edge loops were spread apart and now there's lots of texture distortion in some very visible spots.
Maybe you have some pet peeves about poorly textured sculpts, this would be a great chance to make everybody's sculpties look a little nicer.
