do you use blender for highlight/darker parts. i mean on the banner of your sculptblender page i was looking at how your highlights were placed(waist leather belt).
and AO alone..don't think could make that effect?
so either painted or full render maybe?
I did try to paint highlights inside blender but they did not turn out to be that lovely..
altho that may be caused by lack of skill, will try photoshop tonight, anyway just wondering which method you applied.

I paint in highlights by hand in Photoshop. In order to do it well in Blender, you'd likely have to know a lot about using materials in Blender. I, unfortunately, do not. I bake the shadows in Blender, but everything else I do in Photoshop.

hmm i did try that but i only seem to be able to load one mesh (.obj) into photoshop at a time.
When i save one complete multisculpt file and try to open it inside photoshop, i receive the msg "not enough ram", eventho i have 8GB now.
Am i doing something wrong maybe?
It would be a lot easier if i could see the complete build in photoshop to be able to paint on it properly.
Well before I had Photoshop Extended, I'd just paint on the flat surface texture and then check it in Blender.
However... I was able to paint multi-sculpt obj files just fine using a machine that only had 2GB RAM... often with Second Life running along-side. So I'm not sure what to tell you.
Do you have textures assigned to all of your sculpts before you export to obj? Are those textures in the same folder as the obj file? What other programs are running? And have you done a Google search for the error?

i just open a new file inside blender, then i add a cylinder sphere and torus.
then i export the file as obj using the default settings of the exporter.
and when i open it in photoshop (the only program running)
i still receive the error, i also tried on my laptop and got the same problems.
Maybe i have to change the default settings on the exporter?
Maybe... though I've never changed the settings. Take a screenshot of the dialog box and let me compare it with mine.
Yeah. Your options are the same as mine. What are your specs, and what version of Photoshop are you running?
You may try a couple of things. Like try defragmenting your harddrive. Also, go into Photoshop's preferences and under "performance" check how much memory Photoshop is allowed to use. Increase it if it's very low.
